2: WE HAVE RECEIVED OUR BUILDING PERMIT FROM THE COUNTY. TIME TO BUILD!
The sitework was complete in early March! The Building Permit was approved by Horry County on March 28th! Stay tuned for more information about the timeline over the next couple weeks! We are beleiving for a completion date in late summer of 2025!
